VOLLEYBALL AND SOCCER

We're in the midst of another busy sports season. This year Shannon decided to try volleyball and she is have a fantastic time. A mom of one of the boy's in her class volunteered to be the coach and is doing a great job with the team. They have played 3 matches so far and won 7 out of 9 games!

It's hard to believe but Shannon is 5 feet tall already and just a few inches shorter than her mom! Her coach ordered the whole team these cool Wildcat paw print socks.

There is lots of "funky" ceremony in volleyball and every team has creative socks :)

Caitlin is out on the soccer field again this season. She really loves the game.

Although this picture is blurry ( I really need a better camera), I love how it shows my little girl isn't going to be pushed around by any boys! This team of boys forfeited the game because they were late but we wound up scrimmaging them anyway.

Caitlin plays with great intensity. She runs constantly and is always mixing it up. It's hard to see but she rolls her tongue when she sets her mind to something. Grammy calls it her "Grandpa Louie" tongue. I'm just afraid she's going to bite it off one of these days!
